the end of october is a good time of year for finding mushrooms in the forest. but beware because it gets dark early. in particular on halloween it gets very dark indeed. i can assure you that if you are easily spooked you do not want to be in the forest even during the day when it's light.
mushrooms like these may be a bit unsettling on any occasion
but on halloween
it's a whole different scene
things get really wild
remember all those mushrooms you killed and gleefully ate.
well now they want revenge
and it's payback time
