Arawali Beach is in southern Maharashtra on the Arabian Sea. a brisk sunrise walk on the beach is a great way to start the day. the exercise in the fresh cool sea air and the calm rhythmic sound of the low breaking surf does wonders for the body, mind and spirit. this particular morning was more misty than most but as the sun rises the mist usually dissipates quite quickly as the new day begins
