this posts includes exactly 3 photos of the setting sun and 2 of the rising moon. not 1 more nor less

the first sun and moon are both taken on arawali beach in maharashtra, india. the setting sun is obviously taken facing west

and shortly thereafter facing east the rising full moon was taken on a wonderful evening stroll last year

the sun attached to an antenna was taken from our roof terrace. the antenna is on the top of an illegally built hotel which is between our place and the beach

the rising moon is taken from our front garden looking through the frond of one of our coconut trees

i shot the final setting sun from our roof terrace through the frond of a coconut tree in the back garden with the corner of the same illegally built hotel behind it blocking the view. but as they fondly say in our country, "never so bad that it isn't good for something"
