Make Your own Pichkari

RED:
Boil peels of pomegranate fruit in water till it turns red.The dried peel of pomegranate can be crushed and mixed with Flour or red sandalwood powder can be mixed with crushed hibiscus or rose flowers.
Yellow:
Turmeric and gram flour are an important part of a homemade face pack you can mix both to create the color yellow. You can substitute gram flour with talcum power or fuller"s earth too. You can also dry flowers like marigold or chrysanthemums and crush them to a fine powder then mix these powder with gram flour.
Saffron:

Green:
You can use henna powder, mixed with any suitable flour to attain a lovely green shade. Mehendi only leaves behind it color when it wet and dry mehendi can be brushed off very easily.
Pink:
For a wet pink, slice a few beetroots and soak them overnight in water or boil for a few minutes.
Black :
you can boil goosebaries in an iron contains for a few minutes and then keep it aside for a while. Dilute it with water and use. It also works as a conditioner.
