Dia de combinaciones
Saludos comunidad de #SWC, el día de hoy estuve realizando algunos básicos y estáticos en las siguientes fotos podrán ver lo que realice el día de hoy.
La verdad me sentía super bien todo me estaba saliendo bien, pero estábamos también realizando freestyle y realice pasavallas y lo caí mal y ahora me duele el hombro.
Estuve realizando 50 fondos 30 dominadas y 30 fondos en barra y mi amigo

Greetings #SWC community, today I was doing some basic and static in the following photos you can see what I did today.
The truth is that I felt great, everything was going well, but we were also doing freestyle and I was doing some hurdles and I fell badly and now my shoulder hurts.
I was doing 50 dips, 30 pull-ups and 30 barbell dips and my friend
