We arrived and were welcomed with the famous Kariri cacha莽a with honey and some cookies as an aperitif.
As a starter, meatloaf with house spices, accompanied by Nachos, avocado sauce and vinaigrette, delicious.
The main dish was crab meat saut茅ed with spices, stuffed with mashed potatoes and gratinated with grated parmesan cheese. It accompanies passion fruit sauce and fine herbs.

Ol谩, dessa vez fomos visitar o boteco chamado A Bodega. 脡 um bar bem tradicional situado na zona norte de Sampa.
A dona estilizou o bar com as raixes e estilos de Macei贸, uma cidade do nordeste bradileiro.
Este bar tem todas tradi莽玫es da cidade de Maceio, a dona do bara esta a frente , atendendo os clientes, alem de lugar agradavel, os pesticos tem um sabor diferenciado, bem preparados e vontade de repetir
Chegamos e fomos recebidos com a famosa cacha莽a Kariri com Mel e umas bolachinhas ora acompanhar de aperitivo.
De entrada, Bolinho de carne com temperos da casa , acompanha Nachos , molhos de abacate e vinagrete, uma del铆cia.
O Prato principal foi Carne de siri refogada com especiarias, recheada com pur锚 de batatas e gratinada com queijo parmes茫o ralado. Acompanha molho de maracuj谩 e ervas finas.
Para finalizar Escondidinho de carne com quiabo e queijo.
Tudo isso com muita cerveja entre amigos.
