4. March in Norway is special. Or those who are interested in wine is. It's the wine releases for the sparkling-, white- and rosé wines. I looked at what sommelier's opinions was before I ordered. I found a few good ones. I haven't posted this before now, because I kind of forgot that my friend ordered one of these wines in May.

I ended up with two sparkling wines and one rosè. I set the alarm at 08.00. I waited actually for 1 hour and 30 min to enter the shop. I luckily did find the ones I really wanted. But the Loimer Pet Nat 2021 was canceled because it wasn't any bottles left. You can't get whatever you want in these releases, because the page don't update as fast as people order.

Rosê and a Sparkling wine.

Plouzeau Perle Sauvage Petillant Naturel 2021

I did read some comments from those who really know good wine, and they recommended this one. I didn't got much time to read about it, but I figured out it got rated 3,7 (out of 177 reviews). It's from Loire Valley in France. Tastes of Green apple, melon and apricot. Those tastes is really nice. It also got some cream notes, and that in combo I think (and hope) this would be a great wine.

Il Mimo Rosé

I bought this wine last year, and this was maybe the first rosé I really loved. I don't drink much rosé, but I guess this one and Wongraven rosé are the best ones so far. Il Mimo are always sold out after these releases. But this year you could get it two days after the release too. The taste is really fruity and have a full-bodied taste for being a rosé. It's rated 4,0 at vivino. Strawberry, rasberry and red currant is the top notes. And they are amazing! If you can find this one, you should buy it!

Thank you so much for reading!
Hope you have a great summer
