I really love coffee, and I need it everyday. Therefore I tried to make some drinks at home with coffee. I found different kind of recipes and wantet to show you some of my favorites for desserts. These are without any alcohol, and you can chose how sweet you want them too.

Dalgona coffee

Last year, on instagram, everyone was talking about the Dalgona coffee. I saw pictures of it everywhere, and I decided to try it out myself. Dalgona is a coffee thats perfect for dessert, because it's sweet coffee with milk.

What you need:

• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Coffee powder
• 2 tablespoons hot water
• ca 10 Ice cubes
• 3 dl Unsweetened milk (you can steam it if you want to)

• A handmixer
• A bowl
• Your favorite glass

Here is how you do it:

Find a bowl and mix the sugar, coffee powder and the hot water together with a handmixer. Mix it until it becomes stiff and fluffy (1-2 minutes)

Put your icecubes and pour the milk into your favorite glass. And finish it with the fluffy coffemix on the top.
ENJOY!

If you want to you can use a milk frother to mix the milk first.

Iced Mocca Coffee

I have an another way to make a amazing coffee dessert drink! This one have a little taste of cocoa too. Its really good!

You need

• 12-14 ice cubes (normal size)
• 2 tsp coffe powder
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 dl milk

• Blender
• Your favorite glass

How to do it:

Use a blender (who can handle ice cubes) and mix it all together. Blend it in 3 minutes until the ice cubes are nicely blended in. Pour it into your favorite glass and let it settle for about 1-2 minutes.

Icecream and coffee

If you like both vanilla ice cream and coffee, you can mix it together in a glass. I wouldn't recommend to add any sugar, because it's going to be sweet cause of the ice cream.

You need:

• 3 dl strong coffee
• 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

You can chose to mix it in the blender (like a milkshake) or just mix it together in a glass.
