I noticed that a few of my posts that were valued at $0.02-$0.03 turned to $0 after the payout time passed. At first I thought that someone may have flagged these posts to bring down the value but now I'm wondering if steem only processes payments that meet certain criteria or if steem takes a small cut when paying out.
Does anyone know the answer?
