Most criminals get traumatized themselves, they get haunted by the activities they once committed, it's just sad that some of them don't repent. Rehabilitation and punishment is the best thing for criminals, yes they are humans and they deserve another chance but it doesn't negate the fact that they have caused someone pain.

Forgiveness should not take away punishment, in fact punishment should first come before rehab so that the person would know that he was wrong.

I feel so sorry for the victims of the bomb blast, may their souls rest in peace.
