I only use exchanges for their main purpose 'to exchange', I'm never holding coins there for more than a few hours/couple days at max.

On my own experience, governments still doesn't know 'How to' regulate this thing without destroying it, they'll have to face the awkward situation for them of not having 100% of the power the 100% of the time. Yes they can dictate that you're a criminal and declaring urself 'guilty'.

but still... they can't get your coins without your keys.
