Agree completely with you regarding XMR.

If I had to make a portfolio for a already millionaire, I would choose something like:
-BTC 75%
-ETH 20%
-XMR 5%

Being XMR one of the privileged altcoins that I would pick in a 'serious' way. BTC is obvious & ETH for the network effect vs. the other smart contract platforms.

I'm also aware of the big power of Binance, but IMO it's unquestionable that they did a lot for the crypto space. They're at the level of Coinbase. You h¡can hate them, but they also made a lot to onboard new people into the crypto space.
