El día de ayer subí el cerro con mi prima y un amigo de ella, y la verdad que quedé encantada de esta peculiar forma de hacer ejercicio, tanto así que podría catalogarlo como mi nueva actividad favorita.

Yesterday I went up the hill with my cousin and a friend of hers, and the truth is that I was delighted with this peculiar way of exercising, so much so that I could classify it as my new favorite activity.

El cerro que subimos queda en el Municipio San Diego del estado Carabobo, en la ciudad de Valencia, que es donde vivo; este se llama Kairoi, me pareció un lugar muy bonito y conservado; además muy visitado y transitado por personas de la zona y lejanos a ella.

The hill that we climbed is in the San Diego Municipality of the Carabobo state, in the city of Valencia, which is where I live; This is called Kairoi, it seemed to me a very beautiful and preserved place; also very visited and traveled by people from the area and far from it.

Pienso que es una forma diferente y divertida de hacer ejercicios, disfrutando de la brisa, el paisaje y el aire libre. Aunque no es recomendable hacerlo todos los días puesto que puede perjudicar tu salud, más que todo algunas articulaciones, como la rodilla, por el impacto que estas sufren al bajar el cerro.

I think it is a different and fun way to exercise, enjoying the breeze, the landscape and the outdoors. Although it is not advisable to do it every day since it can harm your health, especially some joints, such as the knee, due to the impact they suffer when going down the hill.

Es por esto que decidí de ahora en adelante, proponerme subirlo una vez a la semana. Lo bueno del Municipio San Diego es que posee muchos cerros o montañas, algunas más transitadas que otras; hasta los momentos he tenido la oportunidad de subir dos, pero espero que con el transcurso del tiempo pueda subir todos los que se encuentren en este Municipio.
