Aunque los cambios suelen dar un poco de miedo, son necesarios para nuestro aprendizaje y evolución. El "cambiar" es lo único que realmente tenemos seguro en esta vida, y aunque muchas veces no nos guste, debemos adaptarnos a cada situación.
Although changes are usually a bit scary, they are necessary for our learning and evolution. The "change" is the only thing we really have insurance in this life, and although many times we do not like it, we must adapt to each situation.
Aceptarlos con buena actitud, es lo mejor que podemos hacer, entender que cada uno llega para dejarnos una enseñanza, y que de cierta manera es lo que necesitamos en ese momento.
Accepting them with a good attitude is the best we can do, understand that each one comes to leave us a lesson, and that in a certain way it is what we need at that moment.
Es que piensen un momento: ¿Qué sentido tendría la vida si todo permaneciera igual siempre? ¡sería todo muy aburrido!. Una de las cosas más divertidas, y que nos llena de incertidumbre, emoción y a la misma vez miedo es eso, el cambio.
Just think for a moment: What would life be meaningful if everything stayed the same forever? It would all be very boring! One of the funniest things, and one that fills us with uncertainty, emotion and at the same time fear is that, change.
Aunque no les voy a negar que soy de las personas que les cuesta muchísimo adaptarse a los cambios, no me gustan (aunque depende de cuales sean), pero por lo general cuando llega un cambio brusco a mi vida mi primera reacción es huir, cuando me doy cuenta que no puedo hacerlo, intento adaptarme a ellos, por último cuando por fin logro hacerlo, es que trato de encontrarle el aprendizaje que este debe dejarme.

Quizás no sea la persona más indicada para decirles esto, pero no le teman a los cambios, y si tienen miedo, pues ¡no importa! háganlo con miedo, el único que realmente pierde, es aquél que no lo intenta, que no busca avanzar y se queda ahí, estático, sin aprender y evolucionar.
I may not be the best person to tell you this, but don't be afraid of changes, and if you are afraid, it doesn't matter! do it with fear, the only one who really loses is the one who does not try, who does not seek to advance and remains there, static, without learning and evolving.
Aún sigo adaptándome a los nuevos cambios que se me están presentando, pero sin duda alguna estoy intentado enfrentarlos de la mejor manera posible, buscando aprender de cada situación y cada persona que se me presenta.
I am still adapting to the new changes that are being presented to me, but without a doubt I am trying to face them in the best possible way, seeking to learn from each situation and each person that comes my way.
