Saludos queridos y apreciados amigos, feliz y bendecido día tengan todos ustedes, les cuento que el pasado 21 del presente mes estuve cumpliendo mis 37 añitos, aunque ni me siento de esa edad ni menos los aparento. Al principio pensé hacer una fiesta para celebrar la vida, pues como saben con todo lo que he pasado he aprendido que cada minuto es un regalo maravilloso, pero ese día aún estaba reciente la quimio y no me sentía nada bien y pues los gastos fueron otra excusa para querer dejarlo así. </center
Para mí sorpresa ese día por la tarde llegaron a casa mis padres, hermanos y sobrinos con un pequeño pastel que habían comprado para mí, las fotos son solo del pastel pues yo estaba destruida porque no me esperaba la visita. Lamentablemente yo tengo prohibido el dulce y pues aunque me provocaba decido respetar está restricción, pero me encantó el poder compartir ese día con mis seres queridos.
Otra hermosa sorpresa fue una peluca que me envió mi hermana de Colombia, hermosa, un tono muy parecido a lo que era mi cabello natural y pues aquí unas fotografías de cuando ya me sentí mejor y decidí probarla.

Greetings, my dear and cherished friends. I hope you’re all having a happy and blessed day. I wanted to let you know that on the 21st of this month, I turned 37—although I don’t feel that age, and I certainly don’t look it.
At first, I thought about throwing a party to celebrate life—because, as you know, with everything I’ve been through, I’ve learned that every minute is a wonderful gift—but that day, my chemo was still fresh in my system, and I wasn’t feeling well at all. Plus, the cost was another excuse to just let it go.

To my surprise, that afternoon my parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews came over with a small cake they’d bought for me. The photos are just of the cake because I was a mess—I hadn’t expected them to visit.
Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to eat sweets, and even though I really wanted some, I decided to stick to that restriction. But I loved being able to share that day with my loved ones.
Another wonderful surprise was a wig my sister sent me from Colombia—it’s beautiful, a shade very similar to my natural hair color. Here are some photos from when I was feeling better and decided to try it on.
