Feliz y bendecido día tengan todos mis queridos y apreciados amigos Espero estén pasando una excelente semana de asueto por semana santa en compañía de sus familiares, yo por mi parte puedo comentarles que estos días que han transcurrido los he pasado muy bien en compañía de la familia. Desde muy pequeña me enseñaron a que existen y debemos respetar la diversidad de creencias religiosas, sin embargo Yo fui criada en una familia católica los cuales respetamos mucho lo que es esta semana santa y lo que ella significa, es por ello que estos días son para nosotros muy importantes tanto para cumplir con nuestras creencias y tradiciones religiosas como para el compartir familiar.
Happy and blessed day to all my dear and appreciated friends. I hope you are having an excellent week off for Easter in the company of your family. For my part, I can tell you that these days that have passed I have had a very good time in the company of the family.
From a very young age I was taught that there are and that we must respect the diversity of religious beliefs. However, I was raised in a Catholic family who greatly respected what this Holy Week is and what it means, which is why these days are for It is very important to us both to comply with our religious beliefs and traditions and to share family life.
One of our main traditions is to go to the temple on Holy Wednesday and accompany the Nazarene on his traditional journey and meeting with his mother.
For this purpose, yesterday, in the company of my children, my mother, my brothers and their children, we agreed to meet to Come and fulfill our tradition. And as is also our custom, we dress in some purple garment just like our children, some of them do it to fulfill a Catholic promise.
My child, for those who already know me, has a condition of non-verbal autism whom I take to this procession every year with faith that one day I will hear him call me mom again, as for my little girl who is currently 3 years old, she is a Miracle because she was born at 32 weeks during the pandemic, they took her directly to intensive care where she spent two weeks and we spent a lot of things dedicated to that time.
This is a very important day in our Catholic region where most people attend to fulfill promises or ask favors from the Nazarene.
Today, Holy Thursday, it is a tradition for us to not eat meat on Holy Thursday and Holy Friday, which is why we also planned to have a simple meal at my mother's house.
So today, very early today, I went to visit her because she was alone since my father had to work today and I would bring the necessary things to make lunch. We decided to make some delicious beans with rice accompanied by a glass of papelón juice with lemon.
Unfortunately we lacked the fish and the slices to eat. The well-known traditional dish Pabellón Criollo but nevertheless my children loved their food because we are not used to eating this type of grains. My children, my mother and I shared lunch because, as I told you before, my father was working and arrived at 4 in the afternoon and my brother was also working and tomorrow is coming.
For me, Holy Week is a week to pray, visit the church, share with family and who says not to visit the beaches to enjoy a different day.
