BE UNIQUE! BE ORIGINAL!!NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Bumping into this picture today, made many questions ran across my mind and trying to do justice by providing answers to these varying questions prompted my writing tonight because i didn't want to really post tonight or anytime soon as a result of poor output i have been embraced with on this platform despite the input #just trying to be truthful and sincere to myself#. But honestly this picture changed my mood and encouraged me to keep pushing further because maybe the reason for which i have been writing might just be around the corner.

As a steemian struggling to make a name or be recognized like steemians such as @Niaradaddy, @Adsactly, @ogowinner, @jaynie, @Surpassinggoggle etc, i think the following steps are what the newbies and minnows should follow to achieve the height of the above mentioned steemians here on this platform and they are;

BE UNIQUE
Been unique on this platform for newbies and minnows is never easy[truth be told], because you will always be compelled to write on the topics and issues that the whales write on most times because you see the huge and mouth watering rewards that is attached to such topics they discuss, though if you look more closely from a neutral perspective you find out that their content are not too wonderful than yours that gets a reward of $0.1, always have in mind that diverting your area of concentration to a whales area of concentration will not fetch you any special reward and before you realize it you turn out hovering around without a solid foundation because you are not been yourself. The whales where once struggling for recognition as you are doing now and always believe that if they can fight through this difficult phase that makes someone feel like giving up that you can still fight through it, so maintain your UNIQUENESS.

BE ORIGINAL
As a newbie or minnow always be original in your contents, avoid copying and pasting of works lifted from various social networks and website because @steemcleaner and @chetah will definitely fish them out, honestly i thought that it was never possible for a work to be traced to its origin on this platform until i experienced it myself, and mind you if your content is continually marked as a copied work, you automatically start loosing your audience and fans without your knowing because everyone here want to upvote and follow original and hardworking individuals. Most times what leads to copying of other peoples work from other platform is when we think that it is compulsory you make a post daily, but such rules don't exist here, if you had a stressful day and as such can't research, relax and forget posting that day than Copying and been Fake.

NEVER GIVE UP
Most time when you are not recognized on this platform, when it is as if your middle name is $0.00 upvote and your last name [no comment], naturally you feel like giving up on steemit, you keep asking yourself if here is actually meant for you, and you might end up concluding that you are not intelligent and creative, i have actually felt the same way and am actually writing this for it to serve as a source of encouragement to me. The feelings is natural and it is only those that thrive for success that feel that way but the truth is that you are not dull, you are so creative and this platform is meant for people like you, you are only undergoing the lag phase of this platform and soonest you will be at your exponential phase. Mind you your audience might be waiting for you to give you 100% support and upvote that moment you called it a quit. Just hold on dear, you are just few steps to your destination.

Finally always quest for knowledge that will make you grow on this platform, there is always secret and key to everything and you only get them when your quest for knowledge over weighs your passion for gain. In as much as we have come here to be financially free, we should bear at the back of our minds that we can't make the money without acquiring the relevant knowledge on how to go about making the money.
In summary; BE UNIQUE, BE ORIGINAL, NEVER GIVE UP AND ALWAYS QUEST FOR KNOWLEDGE.
