I am not sure if you ever heard about that such expression but in my life, I heard it quite a lot.
So for those of you who don't know what that means I can explain you easily. But let me get to the beginning.
Weathermen predicted us last week, that we will have a wonderful weekend ahead. And surprisingly they predicted right - we had a wonderful weekend when we could do so much. We manage to spend all days from sunrise to sunset outside enjoying the warm weather, finally, after way too long cold and rainy season.
On such days all the people who live in the city usually drive to the seaside. So the question "if we will spend some time by the sea too?" isn't rare. But the answer we give to others isn't often "yes", but we rather use an expression "that we will spend our time on hey Islands".
But those Islands aren't located in the middle of the sea with some palm trees, coconuts or sand... In fact, they aren't even islands... Ok, maybe from the right perspective they can resemble islands if you have a lot of imagination.
So if you are still wondering... Spending your time on the hey islands for us, who live in the remote villages means, that even though we wouldn't mind spending time by the sea, we will make the most out off those days and prepare hey for our livestock. So they will have something to eat during the year.
And even though sometimes is hard to do that, deep down inside you know, that if you have animals you have to take care of them properly. You have to think ahead, and put them first. If nature cooperates with us, then we all can have enough time for both work and pleasure.
Just like Steemit. If you find some time in your day for it you can achieve a lot. We have to be optimists and even realists on a daily basis. So my reality check made me realize it is quite late, and I have to go to work after five days off. So hopefully I will be able to start well. Good night, and I will be in touch.
