Johnson later gained admission into Ajegunle secondary school. It was the best at that time and only the best student gained admission to the school.

The good news gladdened his heart. He informed his boss about the good news and his co-workers in the shop. They all congratulated him. His parents welcomed the development but were reluctant to celebrate it because they were not sure how they would finance Johnson's education much as they would have loved to do it.

Johnson noticed his parents' feelings. He believed that there would be a way out for him. He again encouraged them with promises that he would be enrolled in the school, "I understand how you feel. Just continue to pray for me. I am sure I will attend that school. I got admitted into the school without any form of influence. Many bribed or tried using relevant authorities' influence to no avail. So, continue praying for me."

Soon, he began preparation for resumption. He calculated all his savings and realized he had twenty thousand naira. Although he knew the money wouldn't enough but he was happy because he was able to do that on his own.

With the money, he bought two pairs of uniform, sandals and some notebooks. Then, the money got exhausted.

There were many things he was yet to buy. Unfortunately, there was nobody to lend a helping hand. Then, after much thought, it occurred to him to meet his boss and try his luck. He prayed concerning the idea and believed that God will intervene for him.

As usual, he got to work early and soon settled for the day's job. Later, when he realized that his boss was in a good mood, he walked up to her and discussed with her.

Mrs. Clinton was surprised at his story. She was amazed at his great determination and was willing to help. "Johnson, you never told anyone that you were from such a humble background. I salute your courage and I can boldly say that you are indeed a wise boy. Buying school uniform and other things from your personal savings shows that you are focused and ready to do all within your power to be educated.

"now, I promise to sponsor you throughout your secondary school. Not that alone, to the University. And, if you don't mind, move in and live with my family."

Johnson could not believe his ears. He was so excited that he prostrated to thank Mrs. Clinton for the kind gesture.

Later, Mrs. Clinton explained to him that all she promised him was a reward of hardwork, dedication, honesty and faithfulness in his job. She therefore urged him to continue in his good deeds.
