I only remember that the stars were dying,
and the moon was an ice crystal,
black clouds the ground turned,
as if the whole world had fallen asleep.
And to "nothing" melted the being,
aware of its perishability,
and the sky dwindles
over a parallel reality.
You step quietly, invisible to me,
and the rain is still raining,
you and me in a past time
and love, after which it hurts.
Memories in the muddy puddle,
mirror dancing dreams,
then go in different directions,
but with them, you go too.
I pause with good-hearted pain,
sadly somewhere,
that only the bodies are divided,
but the souls remain here.
