Hello friend. What you describe is in summary a little of the decline of education worldwide, certainly there are countries that are trying to be a little more flexible and innovative when dealing with the issue of academic programs, however there have been very few results. It is imperative that parents wake up and realize that neither the children today are the same, nor the circumstances or anything at all is the same as centuries ago where the old schemes were anchored although there are those who say that they are innovating in schools, As a teacher I know well what you are saying and how frustrating it can be when they demand results in numbers and labels from the educational supervision to catalog the children, during the education career they tell you that when correcting the tests do not see the child's name because that can lead you to a not very objective judgment at the time of grading, we have been taught to massify and not personalize, even in my country they tell us that in a classroom individualities are not taken care of. That is why many years ago I moved away from the classroom and started to guide parents and children from personalized counseling at home because beyond a job for me education is a process of transformation that gives the being the tools to face the future. Now imagine for a moment that those children who are not learning anything and that everything is based on memorization and repetition of content and patterns are those who tomorrow in their lives are required to have a little creativity, for them that would be impossible because they were taught to think and act like everyone else. Today I am pleased to feel that we are changing with these learning communities where a series of meetings are held where we can talk about our experiences and share those of others. My congratulations and a standing ovation to you for the courage to responsibly take on the task of evaluating the education of your country and speak about it objectively from what you know today is not the best for your child.
