We must stop thinking that everything that happens to us, good or bad, comes from an external force that determines or defines us. Particularly, and this is my personal position, I do not believe in a supreme force that determines my destiny from the day we are born, I am a spiritually balanced person, in harmony with my environment, with mother earth, I respect every form of life as well as I respect myself. I believe in karma, yes, because let me clarify something Karma is the result of the consequences of my actions therefore it is born from me. In this sense, I am in harmony and in essence, each of my actions are part a portion of my whole so I plan, reflect and am conscious of everything I do.

The principle of my life is within me, inside me, so I do not listen to external forces that change my plans. Do not think that at this point I have not thought about the events that drastically transform our lives such as sudden death or natural disasters, I accept them as the universe's way of reminding me that sometimes everything changes and that I must change too. Knowing oneself is a path that requires courage and perseverance, this begins with the recognition that I am a being who learns every day from the beginning of his arrival to this astral plane, learning is that process where we gain cognitive and experiential tools to transform our world with the tools we acquire at each stage of our lives, all this leads us to grow and have quality of life.

From the inside out it is about taking care of all our growth and learning from the spiritual, psychological and emotional point of view. If we are balanced people from within we achieve balance in our environment and this is about being conscious of our life. Once we come into the world we are helpless and are at the mercy of the care and attention of our parents but as we grow up in us is awakening that need for freedom and autonomy that comes from our curiosity to be ourselves. It is at that stage where we understand that what we feel as impulses, desires and instincts comes from my inner self that tells me that if I am able to cultivate my gifts I will be great and I can shine without fear of the brightness of others because everyone is different and especially we are great to the extent that we understand that we are unique and unrepeatable.
