Perhaps in other languages the attack on language has not been as strong as in Spanish and its different dialectal variants throughout the Spanish-speaking communities, it should be noted that this is not a new discussion, but every day it gains more strength and in the various demonstrations for equality language is even taken as a banner. In the case of this type of language it is taken as a morphosyntactic variation that involves the use of expressions where all genders are reflected. As I have already said, this is happening with Spanish, but it will not take long for it to permeate to other languages according to their difficulty and grammatical construction.

Now, this variation as has been pointed out is in morphology and syntax which is spelling, construction of words, phrases and sentences that do not involve a semantic change i.e. of depth in the words or phrases. From my point of view the fact that we change the letter, in the final ending of a word, "o" to the letter "e" really means that I am including all people when we speak. If you still don't follow me let me explain the use of a word in a supposed neuter (currently invented) because for all language scholars who know the subject know that Spanish as a Romance language has its roots in Latin and this in turn in the Indo-European languages but that is another story, in Latin there is the declension of the words in neuter but this was used for things (nouns) that could well according to the context be masculine or feminine, When the Romance languages appeared, including Spanish, this lost the neuter and everything was grouped in masculine and feminine gender, however, the caveat was made that in the case of these nouns whose use did not have a specific gender, they were considered indeterminate, therefore they were used for both genders in the grammatical construction.
After the necessary linguistic explanation, I subscribe to what the Real Academia Española de la lengua has said in defense of the language, a linguistic community must guarantee that all its speakers can understand each other, that is the purpose of unity in the language, the words themselves do not have the qualification of discrimination, they are part of the structure with which we communicate, Changing the ending of a noun does not guarantee inclusion because we can replace all the words of one or all languages and still continue discrimination and hatred towards a group of people either by gender, social status, culture, religion and stop counting, because sadly we must assume that it is not the ending of the words or their form or grammatical construction is the use through the meaning and our thinking that determines how inadequate can be our way of expressing ourselves towards other people.

The problem of discrimination is not in the grammatical construction of words, it is in the semantics of our thinking, in our expressions of hatred towards other people, in our own intolerance and ignorance of the other. It is in the little respect we have for life and human dignity, in not feeling empathy towards our brothers and sisters and what affects them. Equality is not achieved by changing the language; equality is achieved by changing people's thinking and laying the foundations of a society in balance and peace.
And you my dear reader, do you believe that language should be changed as a means to achieve equality among people?
