One Thing That Makes A Marriage Work
One thing that makes a marriage work good and fine is: understanding!
Understanding is a very big thing. It is very important!
What's Understanding?
Mental, sometimes emotional process of comprehension,assimilation of knowledge, which is subjective by its nature.
It means, trying to find out why people do what they do.
For instance, if your partner is acting "funny". Maybe by acting all upset unnecessarily. What you would need is understanding.
You will have to find a way to understand what's really behind their actions. Try to understand why your partner is all upset. Don't just get hot with them. That would result into misunderstanding.
Try to be understanding to your partner. According to Joyce Mayer:
Everybody is fighting a battle
Understanding would make your partner see that you truly care about them. And guess what? The more you're understanding of their actions, they would find succor in your care.... There are other benefits though!
Even if your partner does not share whatever is making them over react please find a way to try to understand that something in their lives could be making them act badly.
Understanding would make you to be more tolerant of their bad attitude!
