Fear hovers, swoops down upon my people!
Subtle in form, his minions would have their way.

Democratic apparels would sheath, disguise, make blind our eyes,
But for their smell they would have us deceived.

We know them from days of old.
Terror reigns, anger unsheathed,

Man lords the beast in all it's forms,
Flights from Niger to the US of A,

Ends not the terror, rids not the stench, offensive to the nostrils of our gods.
Luck would be good, but for harry, his crocodile tears.

Our land groans now in pain.
Pandora's box let loose now cannot be contained.

Hydra headed, seven directions it blows!
What's there to do but........
Witchhunt, pass the buck, blame is the game!

Pugulist lawmakers, shameless, reddened eyes, see naught but gold in the vault.
Tears of our people, pungent, powerful as sacrifice,

Blood rivers in sokoto, maiduguri, yobe, jos, benue.
Sufficient as sacrifice for their gods unto the day.

Whither my people do we go from here?
