In this video Frank "the Bully" Aiello show another fast and ballistic technique, this time a way to escape the opponents De La Riva Guard and potentially take their back.

In order to pull this maneuver off firstly the opponent can not have a sleeve grip on you but its fine if they have your collar, if they do have a sleeve grip you must break it. Next you wait for your opponent to start to move toward your back, this is your time to move. Make a grip at the ankle and the other at their hip (you can make the second grip as you roll). Next begin the roll over the opponent and just as you're lower back touches the floor, kick your feet forward to help bring them over. Now at this point it is crucial for you to slide back, this lets them fall in-front of you so you can take their back, if you do not slide back you will end up in side control or even half guard. All that is left to do is grab the seat belt grip and start looking for opportunities to finish them.
