Okay now let me explain my belly. So August 2017 I competed for the last time of the year and took some time off while I tried to focus more on Crypto and Steemit. In doing so I basically began replacing BJJ Training with Crypto research/trading and Lifting time with Steemit Article writing. Now I am not making excused because this time of year I am always carrying a bit more body fat then the rest of the year, but this year it went completely overboard. So basically I let myself get out of shape for this Blog, so I hope you all appreciate it, lol. But I will take this opportunity to make a serious of articles to show how fast someone can get back in shape with proper diet and exercise, but back to this article. I went from this.
To how I look now in the time period of August 2017 to Feb 2018, talk about being fat and happy (Crytpo made me fat!).
This technique starts with a basic clinch, you can have inside or outside control, it does not matter as long as you have head control, but I prefer inside control. Once control is established you push your training partners head down and then transition to catch the head and the arm. From here you engage your core and jump backwards and all at once whip your opponents head down. This move is violent/explosive and effective if done correctly. One your break your opponent down you immediately move to the side and jump right into the Peruvian Neck Tie as explained in this video.
Enjoy and please let me know what you think. Thanks again to Ace for being a good sport.
