Coinbase became an entry exchange for cryptocurrency newbies and I have to admit it's easiest to use
and yet it's under high scrutiny of regulations and they constantly trying to keep you in certain boundaries.
They impose ridiculous weekly limits like $300 limit on credit card purchases, which used to be $750.
The limit on bank transfers are reasonable: $3000 - $5000 range but then you have to wait for 10 days or more before your crypto finally hits your account.
If you are a annoyed by Coinbase as I'm - trust me there are better exchanges available.
They may not be as easy to use or may not have a mobile app but they offer a better service and lower fees.
Just watch out your bank when you make purchases there - they will block your transaction - so I would call them right after to unblock it and then try again.
The banking will place every roadblock they can between you and crypto - just keep that in mind.
