Would You Learn an Entire Language & Or Re-Locate to Another Country Just to Be With Someone? :D

Yes, We are having this conversation out loud. I know people who have done crazy things for love, surely learning a language & relocating is not even among the craziest of lists right? But I wanna what you guys think about this, and if you have done any of the above, how was the experience? Are you still together? If not, any regrets? Also, if you haven't, would you consider it if you were in that position?
