Hey @awah, it was nice reading from you. These are very important characteristics of a leader. Integrity is one of the most valuable qualities that I appreciate when it is shown by people around me. However, intentions do not necessarily make one a good leader. There are leaders with good intentions, but they make bad decisions. An unethical businessman does not need good intentions to seal deals.
