Art Cafe in Bournemouth, Dorset with Superman and Harry Potter!

While on holiday in Bournemouth, we visited the Wistmans Cafe, that is described as an art cafe in Winton.

Walking through the door, my first impression was that the cafe looked quirky and cosy, with a film theme going on. We read that last year, the cafe had received the top award from Tripadvisor for the second year running, so we decided to give it a try. Source

We ordered a black americano with a sprinkling of chocolate, a decaffinated capaccino and a hot chocolate.

We all had a toastie each. Nobody else liked coleslaw so I has three lots! It was homemade and very tasty. I hate the supermarket kind because it tastes like plastic.

The art work inside was an interesting talking point. Lots of drawings on the wall, from Superman, Harry Potter and the Joker. It was quite busy which is always a good sign. There were hand drawn pictures for sale as well. The owners were very friendly and the food and drink were excellent. It was good to try a different establishment and to come away knowing all the good reviews were correct. Definitely, a cafe to make a return visit to.
