Back in the day, I wore what was called maternity pants; they had a stretch panel in the front to accommodate the baby and maternity shirts; big and roomy.

With my last baby, still back in the day, I wore some of the tops and good old sweat pants. I was at that time, a stay at home mom, so it didn't much matter what I wore. It was comfort and affordability at the time.
