I slept really, really hard last night. I never even woke up until close to 8 AM this morning! That’s pretty unheard of for me, lol. I got up knowing I had stuff that needed doing. I had 4 pounds of coffee to roast for a customer and then 2 for

I love moon shots when I can capture the branches of the trees. Now back to my day.
Roasting coffee can rack up steps, which it did, but the rain they called for did in fact, materialize. I wasn’t in the mood to swim-hike and really needed to get the coffee, a package for my son and an Amazon return to the appropriate shipping establishments. So, late afternoon, we set out.
The Amazon return took us to Lynden to send that particular package. This was the place.
Then we headed to Dollar Tree to see what new stuff they’d gotten in. I found some more seeds for the garden and a few other things so it was worthwhile to stop.
Then we headed for home. Here in a bit, dinner will be served and we’ll settle in for the evening. Ladies Bible study has been called off-seems like the week of Christmas, there was Covid exposure at the class. Fortunately for me, I had called off in needing the day to prep for Christmas Eve. Consequently I didn’t get exposed, but those that attended have all gotten it. It sounds like it might be the Omicron version based on symptoms and severity. They are all doing well which is good, and decided to take the week off. I’m thinking I might still give it a week beyond yet-just in case!
