Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
I’ve noticed a pattern to my Friday work day; we are slow to somewhat busy and then come the afternoon, we are completely slammed! The good news is that - no worries, I can finish the little bit left over from today on Monday. The down side is that I am working Monday, on my normal off day. Oh well!
I am glad the day is done! We headed out for a shortened evening hike with Jan and had a good time. Our new neighbors were at the land working on a huge fire to burn some tree debris.
Lots of cedar trees in the forest here; lots of ash falling. 🤔
We checked our maple taps and nothing yet. We are 2-3 weeks behind the valley floor for spring, so it’s still early yet.
The tree I planted in my father’s memory is beginning to bloom.
I’m looking forward to dinner as I’m hungry tonight. A cheese pizza is on the menu for tonight.
