It was a quiet day at work today, but the stress level was a bit on the high side. I needed to call an insurance company regarding special frames for the Medicaid program for 21 year olds and older. So I went to sign in on the web portal only to discover my sign on credentials were bringing nothing up for us but for another optical shop!🙀. I spent over 2.5 hours on the phone with their rep and finally he said that this was an internal issue with the web portal! Duh! Long story short, they have to figure out where their programming went wrong and how to fix it. In the meantime, we can’t see folks who have this particular insurance. I never did get to find out where the frames are, lol! I guess that will be on the docket for next week! Craziness!😜
I finished up at work and headed home where I promptly made a hazelnut mocha ( maybe I should have put a little Jack in there 😉)
We set out for a nighttime hike. I needed the fresh air after today!
Jan stopped by the clinic to drop off Wilbur’s new head gear. He has a bit of a different set up than the lambs do so it had to be special made. We talked about a scarf like item to wrap around his antlers, so here is the end result.
Pretty cool, eh?
He was quite curious about the keyboard as he’s never seen one before. He likes music!
