Hola.... amigos y amigas, tenía rato fuera de la plataforma (ustedes saben, la vida de adulto es diferente y ya toca tomar nuevos retos en la vida), pero lo importante es que nunca me olvide de ustedes. Hablando ya del tema principal, hace poco fui al cine (hace como 2 semanas) y bueno... no había nada que llamara mi atención, como fui con una Examiga (jajajajaja), ella me dijo para ver la moja 2, y no son tan fan de las películas de terror, porque de niño realmente daban miedo, ahora pues... ya les contaré como va la cosa.

Al principio pensaba que la monja iba a tener alguna continuación de la monja 1, pero no, es una historia totalmente única, no hace falta haber visto nada de sus predecesoras. Al principio, como un cobarde (no voy a mentir), me daba miedo, los traumas de la infancia, eran muy fuertes, pero ahora me siento muy decepcionado, o no sé, si antes hacían mejores películas de terror que ahora, que es algo muy posible.

Hablando un poco de la trama sin dar spoiles (eso espero), como el nombre de la película lo indica, trata de un demonio que tiene aspecto de monja (que debería de asustar o eso es lo que supone); esta entidad, tiene un propósito y para ello posee a una persona que tiene bástente relevancia en toda la trama, para mí fue algo de esperarme, ya que, su presencia sobresalía en los recuerdos de una de las actrices principales y en el tiempo presente de la película.

Aunque no tenía idea de como fue la primera película de la monja, tenía altas expectativas de esta segunda entrega, expectativas que se fueron cayendo poco a poco, tanto que en un punto de la película me estaba quedando dormido (No es broma). La forma es que salía la monja, la sentía muy forzada, no causaba esa impresión o miedo, era muy predecible, solo me asuste una vez y no fue precisamente por la monja, me esperaba otra cosa en la escena y me sorprendieron (no voy a dar el spoiler).

Al final sentí que les falto algo, porque cuando dicen que las películas son basadas en hechos de la vida real, la mayoría de veces da más miedo o suspenso; de casi 2 horas, puedo decir que me gustaron 10 minutos. Si me preguntan si la recomiendo por eso 10 minutos buenos de película, no vale la pena perder 109 minutos de nuestra vida. Le doy un 3/10, aún me siento decepcionado, aunque... si era lo único "bueno" en ese momento del cine, pues... no podía esperar nada plausible.

PD: viendo en internet, me di cuenta de que no tiene muy buenas críticas, ya eso es un muy buen indicativo de que no es buena.

Talking about the main topic, I recently went to the movies (about 2 weeks ago) and well... there was nothing that caught my attention, as I went with an Examiga (hahahahahaha), she told me to see la moja 2, and they are not so much a fan of horror movies, because as a kid they were really scary, now well... I'll tell you how it goes.

At first I thought the nun was going to have some continuation of the nun 1, but no, it is a totally unique story, no need to have seen any of its predecessors. At first, as a coward (I'm not going to lie), I was scared, childhood traumas, they were very strong, but now I feel very disappointed, or I don't know, if they used to make better horror movies than now, which is something very possible.

Talking a little bit about the plot without giving spoilers (I hope so), as the name of the movie indicates, it's about a demon that looks like a nun (which should be scary or that's what I suppose); this entity has a purpose and for that it possesses a person who is very relevant in the whole plot, for me it was something to expect, since her presence stood out in the memories of one of the main actresses and in the present time of the movie.

Although I had no idea how the first nun movie was, I had high expectations of this second installment, expectations that were falling little by little, so much so that at one point in the movie I was falling asleep (I'm not kidding). The way the nun came out, I felt it was very forced, it did not cause that impression or fear, it was very predictable, I was only scared once and it was not exactly because of the nun, I was expecting something else in the scene and I was surprised (I will not give the spoiler).

At the end I felt they were missing something, because when they say that movies are based on real life events, most of the time it is more scary or suspenseful; out of almost 2 hours, I can say that I liked 10 minutes. If you ask me if I recommend it for that 10 good minutes of movie, it's not worth wasting 109 minutes of our life. I give it a 3/10, I still feel disappointed, although... if it was the only "good" thing at that moment in the cinema, well... I couldn't expect anything plausible.

PS: looking on the internet, I realized that it doesn't have very good reviews, that's already a very good indication that it's not good.
