Saludos fraternos.

Abre Mis Ojos

Abre mis ojos, oh, Cristo
Abre mis ojos, te pido
Yo quiero verte
Yo quiero verte

Y contemplar tu majestad
Y el resplandor de tu gloria
Derrama tu amor y poder
Cuando cantamos santo, santo

Santo, santo, santo
Santo, santo, santo
Santo, santo, santo
Yo quiero verte

Hello, many blessings to all.

I wanted to stop by to say hello and share this version of “Abre Mis Ojos.” We recently put together the song at the local church, and it is one of the songs that has gotten us through several setbacks. It is one of the old reliables of the group.

This version is a little slower and has a new set of chords to embellish the melodies; I simply began to play the song freely and, when I got to the bridge, singing Santo, the melody left me with this pleasant feeling that I wanted to share with all of you.

I hope that everything is going well in your lives; that your efforts are bearing fruit and that your visions are materializing. May God provide strength to the weary and multiply it to those who have none. Take good care of yourselves. Fraternal greetings.
