I recently read Stephen Schwarzman's recent biography, "What it Takes: Lessons in the Pursuit of Excellence." For those unfamiliar, Schwarzman is the Co-founder and CEO of BlackRock. I am a believer that when someone of Steve's caliber writes a book, you have to read it. There is a wealth of knowledge to be absorbed from Steve. I share my thoughts in this video.
