Un breve reportaje de la movida Fitness en Coro

Un fuerte abrazo a la comunidad de FULLDEPORTES, contento nuevamente de crear contenido para todos ustedes. En esta oportunidad, compartiré parte de los momentos que viví en mis vacaciones por la hermosa tierra de Coro, la ciudad que me vio nacer. Estos momentos que he seleccionado, por supuesto asociados a la onda deportiva, a la movida Fitness que se vive en la ciudad, presentando como lo pudieron apreciar en el recurso audiovisual, actividades deportivas al aire libre, y mostrando varios espacios que en la ciudad son utilizados para tal fin, demostrando una vez más que si se quiere entrenar lo importante son las ganas y la fuerza de voluntad.

No hay dudas que cuando varias personas coinciden con un mismo propósito la sinergia que se produce es realmente sorprendente. Eso se siente en los entrenamientos grupales, donde el apoyo entre los compañeros, la motivación entre unos y otros, ayuda a romper barreras mentales, y atreverse a dar un poco más, a salir en muchas ocasiones de la zona de confort.

Y como lo he señalado en anteriores publicaciones, entrenar al aire libre para mi es lo máximo, por lo que te invito a que no pongas más excusas y salgas a entrenar, como lo señalé en un principio lo importante son las ganas de hacerlo. Me despido con esta maravilla natural de la hermosa ciudad de Coro, donde trotar o caminar es una experiencia maravillosa:

Ya estoy de retorno en la ciudad de Arequipa, y espero pronto compartir con ustedes parte de mis entrenamientos de running en la “Arena” , un espacio que sin lugar a dudas me recuerda a mis queridos médanos de Coro. En esta oportunidad, compartiré parte de los momentos que viví en mis vacaciones por la hermosa tierra de Coro, la ciudad que me vio nacer. These moments that I have selected, of course associated with the sports wave, the Fitness movement that is lived in the city, presenting as you could appreciate in the audiovisual resource, outdoor sports activities, and showing several spaces in the city that are used for that purpose, demonstrating once again that if you want to train the important thing is the desire and willpower.

There is no doubt that when several people coincide with the same purpose, the synergy that is produced is really amazing. This can be felt in group training, where the support between colleagues, the motivation between each other, helps to break mental barriers, and dare to give a little more, to get out of the comfort zone on many occasions.

And as I have pointed out in previous publications, training outdoors for me is the best, so I invite you to not put more excuses and go out to train, as I pointed out in the beginning the important thing is the desire to do it. I say goodbye with this natural wonder of the beautiful city of Coro, where jogging or walking is a wonderful experience:
