En el desarrollo de la interacción abordamos esta vez mas curiosidades de los instrumentos de Bambú, centrando la atención en la QUENA, instrumento de viento cuya construcción se asemeja un tanto a la de la flauta dulce, con la diferencia de que las Quenas están afinadas para diferentes tonalidades.
In the development of the interaction, this time we will address more curiosities of the Bamboo instruments, focusing on the QUENA, a wind instrument whose construction is somewhat similar to that of the recorder, with the difference that the Quenas are tuned for different tonalities.
Conversamos un poco más sobre el QUENACHO, cuyo tamaño es más grande que la Quena, y al igual que esta última vienen en diversas tonalidades.

Las presentaciones de Javier sin lugar a dudas que están cargadas de energía y una amplia gama de recursos musicales, donde los instrumentos de percusión empleados resaltan. Uno de estos instrumentos que sí lo había escuchado, pero con el que primera vez tengo contacto tan de cerca es el PALO DE LLUVIA:
About Percussion
Javier's presentations are undoubtedly full of energy and a wide range of musical resources, where the percussion instruments used stand out. One of these instruments that I had heard, but with which I have contact so closely for the first time is the PALO DE LLUVIA:
Su nombre describe literalmente el sonido que emite este instrumento, es increíble como el mismo se asemeja al mágico sonido de la lluvia, dándole un espectacular toque a las interpretaciones. Otro de los instrumentos de percusión con los que interactuamos fueron los CHAJCHAS.
Its name literally describes the sound that this instrument emits, it is incredible how it resembles the magical sound of rain, giving a spectacular touch to the interpretations. Another of the percussion instruments we interacted with were the CHAJCHAS.
Llama mucho la atención la construcción de este instrumento, y es que su materia prima proviene de las pezuñas de los corderos, pasando por supuesto por un proceso de disecación y de curado.
A modo de cierre
Es realmente mágico aprender de los maestros de la música andina, estas interacciones engloban un cúmulo de importantes conocimientos, y me complace ser una ventana para la difusión de los mismso.
