Being a daddy's girl comes with a lot of shenanigans, especially doing things you naturally do not like or wouldn't want to do but you just begin to consciously do them because that's how we got to bond and talk, the little time we got.
I have never been a fan of football I can not sit down to watch football if there are other options because I get easily bored watching them unless it is a live match where I get to witness them play in front of me but while he was alive, one of the many things we got to do together, was watch a football match.
Truth be told, even until today, if you ask me the names of players, and the settings in a football match I do not know them and do not even grasp or understand my left from the right even though I have been in the business of watching these matches for years. I do not even know the leagues or the terms used in football and can not even differentiate between two different teams by just looking at their clothing even without having to look up their names, the truth is even if I see their names, if I do not have someone to tell me or show me the different teams by their clothing, I still will not figure them out by myself.
Thankfully, the only team I can differentiate by their clothing is the Chelsea team, and by just hearing them say BLUES, I can detect the exact team, someone is referring to.
All thanks, to my dad, I started supporting the Chelsea team, he wasn't just a watching fan, most of his items had their logo on them ranging from his towel to even his teacup all from the team, how he got them is what I did not know but I became a shadow fan of Chelsea team through my late father.
Funny enough, I do not remember any of the Chelsea football players' names, even though every match day, I am always told their names when I get to ask but I still can not put them not even a single person's name in my head, I end up forgetting, so I don't try again.
I have accepted my fate when it comes to football, I am a shadow fan of the Chelsea team, and I can not help but love them.
