It's something I talk about inside CTP Blueprint and Jon talks a lot inside the training on CTP.
Some people like rounded numbers like 80/20 but whichever number you come up with, as long as you provide as much value to the audience while pulling people towards you, things will go much smoother when you try to push an offer to them.
Again, it's all about establishing a good relationship with people and always remembering that there is always a person behind an email.
So treat people, as people!
