November 1st is All Saints Day, a Christian holiday so I think it's global?
My son's school celebrates Halloween as part of the English class and "Pão por Deus" as a cristian/portuguese event - not a holiday but they keep the spirit of giving to others alive which is a good thing and here is mostly fruits but they share some candy to each other as well hehe
Here is starting to get just a bit chill but then again it's a tropical island; it doesn't get too cold phew 😂
