Do I hope you are all very well and have a nice day full of success and happiness, today I wanted to create this initiative is really fun it is about mentioning foods and sweets that you can't miss on your table and that you used to eat in your childhood, I hope you like them and encourage them to participate.
Que comida y dulce que consumiamos en la ni帽ez y a煤n en la actualidad nos gusta tener en nuestro hogar?//What food and sweet that we consumed in childhood and still today we like to have in our home?
Desde mi ni帽ez me gustaba mucho la comida con frituras comidas r谩pidas f谩ciles de preparar pero poco saludables ya que no es recomendable consumir tanta grasa las empanadas era mi favorito sobre todo las de queso arepa con queso y jam贸n las sopitas que hac铆a mi abuela. Pasta con carne molida pasta con queso mantequilla y mayonesa, pan con mantequilla queso y mayonesa.
Since my childhood I really liked Fried fast foods easy to prepare but unhealthy since it is not recommended to eat so much fat. Pasta with ground meat pasta with cheese butter and mayonnaise, bread with butter, cheese and mayonnaise.
Sin contar que era mucho ser谩 y me gustaba mucho los dulces sobre todo los caseros tales como arroz con coco dulce de lechosa un actor hecho a base de ma铆z Coco y especies (mi abuela y ahora mi mam谩 lo preparo muy rico) turr贸n de coco y as铆 otros dulces caseros preparados por alguna persona de esa 茅poca y eran su medio de sustento.

Est谩s comidas y dulces fueron y ser谩n parte importante en mi mesa vivimos con malos h谩bitos para comer no me gustaban los guisos pescado cosas que ahora me gusta mucho cada cosa que ahora me gusta mucho en la actualidad mantengo una vida un poco m谩s sana porque consumimos cosas m谩s sanas pero igual adoro el queso me encantan las frituras y las zarzas y estoy aprendiendo hacer esos dulces que otros en otros tiempos hac铆an mi abuela y otras personas en mi pueblo para mantenerse
These foods and sweets were and will be an important part of my table we live with bad eating habits I did not like stews fish things that now I like very much every thing I now I maintain a very healthy life because we consume healthier things but I also love cheese I love frying and briars and I'm learning to make those sweets that others used to make my grandmother and other people in my town to keep
