I never stop surprising myself. Sometimes I am being so clumsy, to the point that I question my intelligence. Last night I woke up to drink some water, I opened the bedroom door and went to the kitchen. I got my glass of water and I headed back to bed.
However on my way there, with eyes half closed, I came across a barrier. What kind of barrier? A door! My bedroom's door which I closed behind me before without realising it. I hit it so hard that it left a mark on the wall behind it. And I did that with my NOSE! How on earth did this happen?? I didn't hit my head, nor my forehead but my nose!
They say that when you hit your head you see stars and I honestly saw them for the first time in my life. I almost cried from the pain and I thought that this nose must have been broken for sure. I went quickly to check it in in the mirror and to my surprise it looked perfectly fine (just a bit red) and in its place so I went back to sleep relieved..
This incident though arose some questions... First of all is my nose that big? Is it that strong? How can people sleepwalk without hurting themselves and stubbing on furniture when I couldn't even pass properly through a door?
