Another successful walk. I hit my 10,000 steps and it was fortunate that it was a cloudy day so it wasn't too warm in the Sunshine State. I was able to head down to the beach where the tide was low and get some good steps in. Overall it was a wonderful day and this habit is becoming easier and easier to embrace.
