Hello, my dear #Cinnamoncupcoffee community! Here I am back with you, enjoying my exquisite coconut coffee. This time, I decided to sit back and watch my husband work, since our car has been sitting idle due to lack of spare parts. It is a 1976 Volkswagen. Here in Margarita Island there are not many spare parts stores, so we have to look for them on the mainland or in other states, which complicated the issue of trusting who we were going to buy from. We decided to take a chance and buy the parts in Caracas, in a store that has treated us very well. They have been good sellers and have a wide variety of spare parts, especially for the Beetle model.
Today I decided to have coffee with my beloved husband, but he had to work, so I just admired the great job he is doing as a mechanic. Although he knows nothing about mechanics, he has had his share of learning, and it has been a blessing. He has been great in training and education. Now, my son and I watch his great progress. At that moment, I was able to enjoy a coffee with coconut oil, with that magical explosion of flavors, surrounded by the nature that adorns and envelops our home.
We live in a mountainous and cool area of the island, well away from the avenues. This gives us calm, peace and serenity. As I have a child with a special condition, this helps him because we have no loud noises. In the middle of this beautiful nature, with green trees, everything is fresh and beautiful. I have planted flamboyant trees, known as the fire tree. When those trees bloom, an orange carpet is created and the ground is covered with that color. It's a beautiful thing. That's why we like to sit here, at a table we have in the middle of the garden, and enjoy what God has given us, forgetting any worries or anxieties of the day to day. Thanks to this beloved corner, we relax and enjoy that roasted coffee. As good Venezuelans, a cup of coffee in the afternoon is vital for us. After lunch, around four o'clock in the afternoon, we taste that bitter coffee flavor. I don't add sugar, just my touch of coconut oil, and above all, in good company. In the company of my rescued animals, because we also have an animal foundation, in the company of my baby, my beloved husband and this nature that surrounds us, guess it is worth it, this delicious cup.

隆Hola, mi querida comunidad de #Cinnamoncupcoffee! Aqu铆 estoy de vuelta con ustedes, disfrutando de mi exquisito caf茅 con coco. En esta ocasi贸n, decid铆 sentarme a ver trabajar a mi esposo, ya que nuestro carrito ha estado parado por falta de repuestos. Es un Volkswagen del a帽o 1976. Aqu铆 en la Isla de Margarita no hay muchas tiendas de repuestos, as铆 que tenemos que buscarlos en tierra firme o en otros estados, lo cual nos complicaba un poco el tema de la confianza en qui茅n le 铆bamos a comprar. Decidimos arriesgarnos y comprar los repuestos en Caracas, en una tienda que nos ha tratado muy bien. Han sido buenos vendedores y tienen una amplia variedad de repuestos, especialmente para el modelo Escarabajo.
Hoy decid铆 tomarme un caf茅 al lado de mi amado esposo, pero 茅l ten铆a que trabajar, as铆 que me qued茅 admirando la enorme labor que est谩 haciendo como mec谩nico. Aunque no sabe nada de mec谩nica, le ha tocado aprender, y ha sido una bendici贸n. Ha sido grande en capacitaci贸n y formaci贸n. Ahora, mi hijo y yo observamos sus grandes avances. En ese momento, pude disfrutar de un caf茅 con aceite de coco, con esa m谩gica explosi贸n de sabores, rodeada de la naturaleza que adorna y envuelve nuestra casa.
Vivimos en una zona monta帽osa y fresca de la isla, bien alejados de las avenidas. Esto nos genera calma, paz y serenidad. Como tengo un ni帽o con una condici贸n especial, esto le ayuda porque no tenemos ruidos fuertes. En medio de esta hermosa naturaleza, con verdes 谩rboles, todo es fresco y hermoso. He sembrado flamboyanes, conocidos como el 谩rbol de fuego. Cuando esos 谩rboles florecen, se crea una alfombra naranja y el suelo se cubre de ese color. Es algo precioso. Por eso nos gusta sentarnos aqu铆, en una mesa que tenemos en el medio del jard铆n, y disfrutar de lo que Dios nos ha entregado, olvidando cualquier tipo de preocupaci贸n o angustia del d铆a a d铆a. Gracias a este amado rinc贸n, nos relajamos y disfrutamos de ese caf茅 tostado. Como buenos venezolanos, una taza de caf茅 en la tarde es vital para nosotros. Despu茅s del almuerzo, alrededor de las cuatro de la tarde, degustamos ese sabor caf茅 amargo. Yo no le echo az煤car, solo mi toque de aceite de coco, y sobre todo, en buena compa帽铆a. En compa帽铆a de mis animales rescatados, porque tambi茅n tenemos una fundaci贸n de animales, en compa帽铆a de mi beb茅, de mi amado esposo y de esta naturaleza que nos envuelve, adivinen vale la pena, est谩 deliciosa taza.
