I just found out about UpFundMe. It looks like a nice little community at the moment, but with great potential.
From the name you will have reasoned by now that it is all about those lovely upvotes, or to be more precise using the steem blockchain as the tool for crowdfunding.
I like the sound of that. Ofcourse it is great that there are lots of tribes on steem that are more focussed on the community and on creating value. But it doesn't hurt to have a tribe that is completely focussed on the crowdfunding mentality.
The trading volume and the number of people involved is a lot lower than for instance in the Steemleo tribe. But who knows, it might be the small investment now that is going to net a great result in a couple years from now.
