If you have watched Kungfu Panda anime movie, you must have known one of Po (the main character) friend is mantis which is literally a praying mantis.
The creator must have made such a great research about the praying mantis agility and power so that it can be transfered well into the movie.
I found this quite big mantis perching in one of the flower vase in my working place. I tried to get some good photos of it but it is really hard to get one. it won't stay still, keep on shaking left or right.
maybe it is one of the natural defense of the mantis. Becasue of its shape and color, when it stay in the leaves it will definitely looking like a moving leaves.
