The past few days I have had some insect posts, today I have some mushrooms for you to cook. I heard that they are edible, but I have never tried them before because they are only a few and also rather too small.
This is Dacryopinax spathularia, and I have made a post about it also before. This is considered a delicacy in Chinese cuisine called Budha Delight, even though I am not so sure about this. The dish seems to not have it when I search it online. hahah
